1. Agreement to Terms

2. Account Registration and Security

Account registration on 7laro requires submission of personal information including but not limited to full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any point during your use of the Service is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information if any changes occur to ensure the accuracy of records maintained by 7laro.

2.1 Account Ownership and Restrictions

Each individual person may maintain only one (1) account with 7laro. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 7laro employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any User found to be operating multiple accounts will have all such accounts immediately suspended or terminated. In such cases, 7laro reserves the right to confiscate all funds, including deposits and winnings, across all associated accounts.

Your 7laro account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or otherwise assigned to any other person or entity. You may not allow any other person to access your account or use your login credentials. Sharing accounts is prohibited, and any detected account sharing will result in immediate account termination. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and all account activity occurring under your credentials, whether authorized by you or not.

2.2 Account Security Obligations

You agree to immediately notify 7laro of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. You agree not to use another User's account at any time. 7laro will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials confidential.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Terms

7laro facilitates financial transactions through various payment methods available to Philippine users, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other authorized payment processors. All financial transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

3.1 Deposit Terms

Deposits made to your 7laro account must originate from payment sources in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. All deposits are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly provided in these Terms. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are specified on the deposit page. 7laro reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit if fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity is suspected.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

You may request withdrawal of your account balance, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements and verification procedures. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. 7laro processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified for each payment method, typically ranging from two (2) to forty-eight (48) hours. 5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, designs, logos, trademarks, and other materials on the 7laro platform are the intellectual property of 7laro or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal entertainment purposes only. 6. Limitation of Liability

Grounds for account termination include but are not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, prolonged account inactivity, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Service immediately ceases. 7laro may, at its discretion, refund any remaining account balance after deducting any amounts owed to 7laro, fees, or charges. However, if your account is terminated for violation of these Terms, 7laro reserves the right to forfeit all account balances, including deposits and winnings.

10. Amendments to Terms
